|Recommended: NoReview — People park all over the place with no consequences. People park on the side walk, in the grass and in the middle of the street. It’s just complete chaos and dangerous. I thought I could deal with the construction but I work from home and some days it’s too much to deal with.
Thank you for sharing your concerns. Our team is actively working on a plan to improve parking throughout the community and ensure that our policies are properly enforced, even during after hours. In the meantime, if you notice any illegal parking after hours, please report it to our office so we can address it promptly. |Recommended: YesMaintenance — We are new to the community and honestly could not be more pleased. Our second day there, there was an issue with our AC Heater. I got home and noticed the issue after hours. Within 10 minutes of submitting the request, the maintenance person was here, and the issue was fixed. Truly, I think it took more time to submit the request. If everything is as efficient as that, then we are blessed to have found such an awesome place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for your family — My husband and kids moved here from Jacksonville, Florida and so far we are
in love It's beautiful, safe and quiet. It's also near downtown but not too close, and within a few minutes of food, shopping, my sons school and every place we need. Also a beautiful neighborhood Walmart right down the road. Coming from a big city where everything is very spread out and felt like we were always driving, this is such a nice change.

|Recommended: YesNew to NC — I am new to North Carolina for a job opportunity. After looking at many places, I stumbled on Amavi. Jacklyn was amazing and helped with me with my transition even before I moved. This place is amazingly quiet. The best part will be the pool and gym when complete. Not knowing North Carolina, I would definitely recommend Amavi Mooresville.
